The Difference Between Cyber Security, Computer Security and Network Security - 

This semester I am studying Computer Security and Network Security. So first thing came in my mind how both are related to Cyber Security. Through google search and going through couple of websites trying to go into more details on this topic. 

Cyber Security:

• Focus: Protecting digital footprint of a person/company/organization, including personal information, social media, and other digital data.
• Purpose: Safeguard confidential data and systems from unauthorized access.
• Example: Implementing security protocols to prevent cyber threats.

Computer Security:

• Focus: Securing individual computer systems (both software and hardware).
• Purpose: Ensuring the safety of standalone computers.
• Example: Installing antivirus software to protect against malware.

Network Security:

• Focus: Protecting hardware and software systems within a computer network.
• Purpose: Maintaining the integrity of data as it travels through networks.
• Example: Using firewalls and intrusion detection systems to monitor network traffic
